Chocolate from the Mountains of the Moon rated among the best!

The Chocolate Life, the on-line community for chocophiles just presented the results of a chocolate tasting where the Blanxart 82% Congo chocolate from the Mountains of the Moon rated among the best!

Included in the tasting were Zotter from Austria (Panama, 40% cacao), Zaabär in Belgium which works with Callebaut (Papua New Guinea, 64%),  Jember with Betty Daring, which works with Felchlin, Switzerland  (Java/Highland,  64%), Vila Gracinda which works with Michael Cluizel, France (Sao Tome, 67%), Domori, Italy (Venezuela/Sur del Lago, 70%), Coppeneur, Germany (Jamaica, 72%) and Blanxart, Spain (Congo/Monts de la Lune, 82%).

Among all the great names the favorites were Blanxart, Jember and Vila Gracinda.
