Our products are shipped in regular intervals to our partner in Germany who takes care of all customs and organic import formalities and receives the goods on our behalf.
Clients negotiate directly with us and also place their order with us. We then instruct our partner to distribute accordingly.
To assure full compliance with EU organic import regulations, the partner appears as such on all documentation. He also invoices clients and receives payments on our behalf.
