Vanilla, cocoa and spices from the Mountains of the Moon are grown in our own plantation and by over 1000 independent small holder farmers according to strictly enforced organic and fair trade principles.
The main production areas lie between 1000 – 1500 m above sea level. Soils are rich and rainfall is well-distributed throughout the year. The mild highland climate and the unique growing conditions permit to produce vanilla and cocoa with a distinct and rich flavour.
