Vanilla
Fully ripe beans of the variety Vanilla planifolia, clean working conditions
and an improved Bourbon curing process are reflected in a clean,
intensive and pure aroma and high vanillin contents and frequently,
crystallization of vanillin on the surface of the beans.
Our vanilla products include bulk and retail-packed gourmet beans
and vanilla powder and, in cooperation with a partner, vanilla extract.
