Our powder

The powder is made from only fully ripe beans, with curing aimed at developing their full potential. Before shipment, beans are carefully air dried to about 12% moisture. It ensures that the resulting powder is free-flowing and bio-chemically stable. Milling is conducted cold (cryogen) to preserve its natural flavour unadulterated.

It results in a dark-coloured powder that is characterised by a full-bodied and intensive and highly complex aroma. The natural vanillin content usually lies between 3.5 and 4.0%.

Available in 5 or 10 kg re-sealable buckets or barrels of 100 kg.
